Children had access to the cord of a bottle warmer. The teacher corrected the violation during the visit. Areas at the back corners of both playgrounds had build-up of leaves and will need to be cleared and maint
- Outdoor Play Area Was Not Enclosed by Fence with a Minimum Height of 4 Feet.
The top of the fence, less than six feet, was not free from protrusions. Sections of the fence on both play areas have settled and is no longer measuring the required four foot in height. Violation confirmed
