      Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above inthe floors under the sink, stove, and cabinet to the right of the stove had rodent and/or Vermin droppings and rubbish, dirt (photos taken), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.       Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the Challenger room had a rodent sticky trap and droppings were observed under the sink, rodent and/or vermin droppings were observed to the left of the back door and an entrance for the rodents and or vermin to enter was observed.
