to ensure that any incidents that occur at the CCC will be reported within the Department's next working day. POC shall be submitted no later than 12/15/2022. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Based on the self reported incident, CCC failed to report upon having knowledge of Staff 1 reporting for work while intoxicated. Program Director was notified 10/10/22 and reported it to CCL not until 11/4/2022. Director stated, CCC did an internal investigation prior to reporting.
