Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above during today inspection LPA reviewed records and found LIC 9227 was not being implemented. Currently center has two infants under 12 months child 1 and child 5.which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 06/23/2022
