Pierrette did not have a fire extinguisher on her main level. Pierrette did have a fire extinguisher on her lower level of the home but it was not visible. This worker did provide her a sign to use to identify the location of the fire extinguisher on the lower level.

Pierrette needs to replace the batteries in the smoke detector on the lower level. Pierrette did not have documentation of monthly testing of smoke detectors.

The kit shall be sufficient to address first aid related to minor injury or trauma and shall be stored in an area inaccessible to children. The kit shall, at a minimum, include adhesive bandages, bottled water, disposable tweezers, and disposable plastic gloves.

“a” All medicines and poisonous, toxic, or otherwise unsafe materials shall be secured from access by a child. Pierrette did have chemicals/cleaners under her sink in the lower level bathroom that were not secured from access by a child. She did move those while this worker was present.
