Based on observations at 9:01 a.m., S3 failed to follow the Electronic Devices Policy, as the Specialist observed 7 children, under age 2, watching a cartoon on a laptop in the one-year-old classroom with S3. This was corrected at 9:10 a.m. when S3 turned the laptop off. Corrective Action: Effective 3/18/2026, S1 stated she will not allow any phones, laptops, computers, and any other electronics to be on when children under age two are present to ensure compliance with this regulation.
