Based on record review at 11:30 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that S12 (DOH 8/4/2025) and S13 (DOH 10/10/2025) have current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children. The Specialist observed S12 caring for 8 children, age two-years-old and S13 caring for 9 children, age three and four-years old. This was corrected when S2 entered the classroom with S12 at 11:47 a.m. and S8 entered the classroom with S13 at 11:50 a.m. Corrective Action:
