    • Appliances with Heating Elements, Such as Bottle Warmers, Crock Pots, Curling Irons, and Electrical Cords Were Accessible to Children.

      The door to the oven was observed open upon my arrival, and the oven was observed to be on; heating elements were observed to be orange in color, and
