Based on record review and interviews at 12:00 p.m., although the center has implemented their written behavior management policy prohibiting corporal punishment, S2 (DOH 02/12/2025) used a prohibited method of discipline on 02/27/2025. At 3:08 p.m., S2 was heard on the center's cameras yelling at C1, a 3-year-old, to get out of the bathroom. S2 was escorted out of the center at 4:24 p.m., on 02/27/2025, given a written reprimand, and placed on administrative leave for 1 week.
