Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when two containers of diaper cream (Non prescription medication) labeled "keep out of reach of children" were stored in the children's diaper bins in the bathroom of classroom 2. The diaper bins were stored in a shelving unit that was accessible to the children as the bins were located less that 35 inches off the ground, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when peeling paint was observed on the wall in the dining area, LPA observed the white sink in classroom 4 had brown residue on the sides and base of the bowl. The faucet in the bathroom of classroom 4 was leaking.
