Based on records reviewed, observations and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the inspection, LPA observed other staff and other children using the P2 Classroom and the preschool school outdoor play area. Per records reviewed and interviews, Community Care Licensing was not notified. The P2 classroom and the outdoor play area were taken away from the preschool license, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 11/07/2025
