Upon arrival LPA Macias observed a child left alone in the foyer/ entrance of the center. The foyer has two doors that lead to the two classrooms. Both doors were locked, and there were no staff members in sight. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 08/19/2022
