Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Lysol Disinfectant Spray and Clorox Disinfectant Wipes on the kitchen counters, in the restroom, and in both classrooms on accessible counters. LPA also observed ZEP cleaning solution and a wash rag hanging from the sink located in the dining room which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
