      Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not ensuring all staff have an eligible criminal background clearance and associated to the facility prior to working in the facility, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Kim Krozec did not have an eligible criminal background clearance during today's visit. The Director was advised that Kim can not return to work until she has an eligible clearance.
