She stated that the kids take them out to plug in their phones and tablets and don't plug them back in. We discussed the need for her to assure those outlets are capped accordingly and the children should not be the ones taking them out and plugging them back in.

There were cleaners and unsafe chemicals under Sandy's kitchen sink and under the bathroom sink that were not secured and were accessible to children.
