    • All Staff Did Not Successfully Complete Certification in CPR Training Appropriate to the Age of the Children in Care.

      Verification of staff completion of the CPR course from an approved training organization was not in the staff file. CPR for one staff member expired in January 2025.

    • A Safe Indoor and Outdoor Environment Was Not Provided for the Children.

      In space #2, baby wipes were observed on a shelf in the classroom – “keep out of reach of children,” was on the label. The baby wipes were accessible to the children in care. Violation corrected during visit
