      Based on observation, the licensee did comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 2 toilets in the Oak Classroom was flooding but was fixed prior to LPA leaving. The Oak classroom has sufficient toilets, urinals and hand washing sinks for children in the classroom excluding the flooded toilet. POC Due Date: 08/07/2024
