due date of 7/7/25, Director will submit a detailed written plan for supervision to meet children's needs by practicing active supervision, minimizing potential risks, ensuring children's wellbeing, and ensure all personnel are given training for this provision of childcare and supervision. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 Based on interviews and record reviews, staff did not provide the care and supervision necessary to meet a child's needs, which resulted in them leaving the facility grounds.
