Based on record review on at 9:00 a.m., S1 failed to document that the entire center and play yard is checked after the last child departs to ensure that no child is left unattended at the center. The last End of Day Visual Check was completed on 03/19/2026. Corrective Action: Effective 03/27/2026, S1 stated that the End Of Day Check Visual Check will be completed by S1 each day and that she will continue to monitor it daily to ensure compliance with this regulation.
