Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director stated that the children do not drink from the drinking fountains and only drink bottled water. LPA reviewed the regulation for Lead Testing in centers opened before 2010.
