The bus did not display a sticker indicating the date of the last safety inspection. S6 was on premises on 3/31/25, 4/1/25, 4/2/25, 4/3/25, 4/4/25, 4/7/25, 4/8/25, 4/9/25, 4/10/25, 4/11/25, and 5/12/25. This was corrected during the licensing visit Corrective Action: Effective 5/19/2025, S7 stated she will ensure all staff are listed on the CCCBC roster, prior to working with children to ensure compliance with this regulation.
