Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, three children were sent into the classroom to wash their hands without a teacher present. The children were not under supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at all times. which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
