      “a” All medicines and poisonous, toxic, or otherwise unsafe materials shall be secured from access by a child. Stacy had cleaners and chemicals under her kitchen sink that were not secured. She also had chemicals under the bathroom sink that was not secured.

Each smoke detector shall be installed according to manufacturer’s recommendations. The provider shall test each smoke detector monthly and keep a record of testing for inspection purposes. Stacy's smoke detector in the kitchen was down and the one in her basement was beeping and needs batteries replaced. She also did not have any documentation of monthly testing of smoke alarms.
