      Based on record review and observation at 9:45 a.m., S6 (DOH: 4/07/2025) and S9 (DOH: 5/05/2025) failed to have current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children, as evidence of S6 supervising (8) two to three- year-old children. Corrective Action: Effective 5/22/2025, S1 stated she will assign a staff with CPR to work in the classroom with any staff that lacks CPR to ensure compliance with this regulation.
