C1 is allergic to milk and on 4/7/2026, S1 gave C1 whole milk for lunch. C1 had an allergic reaction that required the administration of emergency medication and medical attention. Corrective Action: Effective 4/20/2026, S1 stated children with milk allergies will be served milk in a colored cup to ensure compliance with this regulation.
