Based on observation, interview, and record review, The licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At the time of LPA arrival observed none of the staff members present were able to demonstrate current Pediatric First Aid-CPR certification. At 1:40 pm Assistant Director arrived and assist the LPA, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 06/27/2025
