Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During record review LPA reviewed an Infant Needs and Service Plan for C2 that was not current. Director understands Infant Needs and Service Plans must be updated quarterly. POC Due Date: 02/15/2024
