Facility has peeling and or flaking paint throughout the facility, especially along trim, around windows, and many walls in each classroom. Water damaged ceiling tiles were observed in the five's and two's shared bathroom, in the five's and two's classroom. There were also water damaged tiles above

Three comp sink did not labels posted. Chemical sanitizer strips to test the sanitizer water was not available.

Ceiling and walls not currently smooth and easily cleanable in kitchen. Ceiling paint is starting to peel and flake off. Painted wall behind the kitchen has flaking paint that cannot be sanitized.
