    • Correct Food Temperature and Holding Time Shall Be Maintained for All Food Serve

      At time of visit, Milk gallons and speciality milk cartons were being transported from kitchen to multiple classrooms and back to kitchen not maintaining food temperature.

    • Caregivers Shall Do the Following: Communicate with Children by Getting Down To

      At time of visit, consultant observed caregiver bent over in child's face yelling behavior expected in the 3s classroom.

    • Food Shall Be Covered During Transport From Kitchen

      At time of visit, lunch cart was being transported from 3s classroom to 4 classroom to 5s classroom with food not covered during transport.
