The Specialist observed S11 on the outside play yard with S1 supervising 10 children ages 2-3 years old. The Specialist observed S11 leave premises at 10:54 a.m. Corrective Action: Effective 09/11/2025, S1 stated she will ensure everyone has an acceptable CCCBC before being on present at the center to ensure compliance with this regulation.
