The composite structure on the preschool playground contained multiple areas that were cracked and peeling on the platforms and stairs. Bolts were rusted. Violation confirmed corrected by letter received from provider on 12/23/202
- The Depth of the Loose Surfacing Was Not Based on Critical Height of the Equipment.
The sand used as resilient surfacing was less than 6 inches under the swings and the composite structure. Violation confirmed corrected by letter received from provider on 12/23/2025
