Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health risk to the children in care. During facility tour LPA was provided a Student Medication Permit which documents C1 was given medication on 9-25-2023. LPA was also provided the prescribed medication for S1. Medication was not in the original package but was in a baggie with the child’s name on it. The medication expired in December 2022. POC Due Date: 05/17/2024
