      The kitchen thermometer on the outside of the refrigerator was not working and a thermometer was unable to be located to determine the temperature of the refrigerator. Violation corrected during visit

      On the infant and toddler playground, two (2) swings were observed hanging from the wooden structure close to the fence. The fall zone
