Based on record review and interviews at 12 p.m., S1 failed to notify the Department and DCFS within 24 hours of the following critical incident: On 3/31/2025, around 3:30 p.m., O1 reported to S1 that she had been informed by another parent that S1 grabbed C1, 4-year-old, by the arm, yelled at her, and pointed a finger in C1's face earlier that day at drop-off.
