      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that a day-care child was left unattended while in the restroom and LPA observed that staff were not providing appropriate supervision while children were napping as staff were placed between classrooms and were unable to supervise both classrooms at once which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
