1711.A.&B.&D.&E.: Based on observations at 10 a.m., S1 failed to meet the required child to staff ratio for children of the following age: 6 months to 2 years old. The Specialist observed 6 children, ages 6 months to 2 years-old, alone with S12. The required ratio for children of this age is 5 children per 1 staff member. Corrective Action: Effective 4/14/2026, S1 stated she will continue to monitor all classrooms daily, encourage staff to call when ratio is in question and also check classrooms visually herself, to ensure compliance with this regulation.
