The specialist observed a purse and cup on a low shelf in an unlocked closet, accessible to children, in S3 and S4's classroom. Corrective Action: Effective 3/27/2026, S1 stated she will have staff move their personal items to a higher shelf in the closet so they're inaccessible to children, to ensure compliance with this regulation.
