Based on observation at 9:30 a.m., S1 failed to have strings and cords inaccessible to children under age 4. The Specialist observed fans with cords accessible to the children in the infant classroom and the two and three-year-old classroom. S1 picked the cords up and placed them out of the reach of children, prior to the Specialist's departure. Corrective Action: Effective 03/26/2026, S1 stated she will meet with staff to review strings and cords by 03/27/2027, and she will complete walk-throughs of the center daily to ensure compliance with this regulation.
