      1907. A.1. Based on observations at 12:51 p.m., S1 failed to ensure the manufactures restraint device was used in the infant classroom. The Specialist observed C1, age 1–year-old, sitting in a high chair unrestrained during the walk through. S9 removed C1 from the high chair and placed her on the floor during the licensing visit. Corrective Action: Effective 01/08/2026, S1 stated she will remind staff to utilize the restraints in the high chair at all times to ensure compliance with this regulation.
