During record review, the Director provided a document to LPA showing the last time a fire drill was conducted was on 06/25/2020. Director was unaware that fire drills need to be completed once every six months. Based on interview and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During today's inspection, Director stated that the facility has tested their water, however did not test their water until 08/2023, which is after the due date to test the facility water of 01/01/2023. Director also stated that the facility only uses the water from the sinks for the children to wash their hands. The facility has a water service that delivers water every other week which isused for children to drink.
