      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the interior of the AC system, which blows air into the classroom and is located in the wall of the classroom was extremely dusty with caked dirt particles and spiderwebs.       Based on LPA observation. During inspection LPA observed a 41 inch high play shelvng that was not anchored to the wall and has the potential to be tipped over. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 09/06/2022
