Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Fence has exposed nails and some wooden slats are unhinged, can be pushed out and creates a gap opening. Exposed pipes on the ground are a tripping hazard. Tricycles need to have cushioned handles. These pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 03/09/2022
