Based on interviews at 11:10 a.m., although S19 and S24 are mandated reporters, they failed to report suspected abuse of a child to the Child Protection Statewide Hotline when C1 alleged that S17 hit him. Corrective Action: Effective 5/1/2025, S1 will re-train staff on mandated reporting requirements, to ensure compliance with this regulation.
