O1 was notified of the incident at approximately 1:15 p.m. C1 is still enrolled at the center. S6 is still employed at the center.

In response to C1 spitting and hitting her, S6 (DOH: 7/26/2021) "popped" C1 in the mouth. C1 sustained no injuries. S6 is still employed at the center.
