Based on record review/interviews at 12:13 p.m., S1 failed to notify Child Welfare within 24 hours of the following Critical Incident: On 10/11/2024, at 8:50 a.m., O1 brought C1, 3-years-old, to school and reported to S12 that C1 told her after she picked him up on 10/10/2024, that she (S12) popped him on the arm in the bathroom. S1 contacted DCFS on 10/21/2024.
