      Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of 24 records observed that the parent or authorized representative has not signed in/out child. LPA observed a record that C1 is also on a subsidized care program and dates of attendance were entered for eight days in June that the parent or Authorized representative had not signed in the child for on the day care sign in sheet.
