Based on record review and interviews, S2 failed to have documentation that tornado drills were conducted at least once in the months of April, May, and June. The last documented tornado drill was 3/6/2025. This was not corrected prior to the Specialist departure. Corrective Action: Effective 7/11/2025, S1 stated she will make sure that tornado drills are conducted in required months and documented properly to ensure compliance with this regulation.
