This was not corrected prior to the Specialists departure. Corrective Action: Effective 6/8/2026, S1 stated she will schedule trainings monthly to have required hours to ensure compliance with this regulation.

Based on observation at 4:55 p.m., S1 failed to ensure that Van 2 conformed to state laws, as the Specialist observed the vehicle registration sticker was expired. The registration expired 02/2026. This was not corrected prior to the Specialist departure. Corrective Action: Effective 3/25/2026, S2 stated she will check the vehicle's registration sticker at the beginning of each month to ensure compliance with this regulation.
