Conditions in the home shall be safe, sanitary and free from hazards. Chad Reckling previously identified this concern in October 2022: Leslie will clear out her study/backroom area next to her living room and the area located in front of her buffet in her dining room area in order to make more usable floor space for her daycare children to occupy. Due to medical concerns with household member, this task has been delayed again. Leslie needs to show documented progress on this by 6/1/2023 or before.

An extension was not given at this point - suggestions were made to potentially prohibit the children from access to this concern, while still allowing them to play in a portion of the backyard - until a permanent solution (painting) can realistically occur.
