S35 was hired on 12/15/2025. This certification should have been completed by 3/15/2026. Corrective Action: Effective 04/06/2026, S1 stated she will set a reminder within 45 -60 days for all new staff to complete CPR/PFA certification approved by the department to ensure compliance with this regulation.
