      1723.F Based on record review at 1:30 p.m., S1 failed to ensure S35 had current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR within 90 calendar days from the date of hire. S35 was hired on 12/15/2025. This certification should have been completed by 3/15/2026. Corrective Action: Effective 04/06/2026, S1 stated she will set a reminder within 45 -60 days for all new staff to complete CPR/PFA certification approved by the department to ensure compliance with this regulation.
